In some particular cases, refunds are approved Non-Delivery of Product or Service: If the product/service is not delivered to you within its time frame, we will refund your purchase; If the product you receive is defective or functions incorrectly compared to how it was advertised, then in that case you are entitled for a refund. In order to receive a refund all of the following must be true. Refund Request Time: Refund must be filed 2 days in order of purchase/delivery.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (filed claim or Order ID) is required.

Condition of Product: The product must be in its original packaging, ideally unused.

SPECIAL REFUND: In case of services only full refund will be possible if the service given was not consumed.

Digital Products: After an e-course, ebook or any other digital product is accessed by the customer, all sales are final.

Promotional Goods: Items that are sold as promotional or sale will not be returned
